47 Ronin Musubi

47 Ronin Musubi
Musubi, or onigiri, are ubiquitous hand foods throughout Japan.
Some shops elevate it to an artisanal level, and a fresh, well made musubi is a wonderful thing to hold and eat.

This shop, Momochi, takes it to the next level with 47 different musubi -- one for each Prefecture in Japan.

That's a lot of rice balls.

Have you been to Momochi, or any other good onigiri shop?

  1. I'm in for going here. Whichever location is the most convenient but I could spend time to do this. Glen
