Enoshima
One of several good places to visit not too far south from Tokyo and Yokohama is Enoshima Island. Possible as a day trip, it would also be a nice two day trip coupled with a visit to Kamakura. From Kamakura, one can take the Ekiden (Enoshima Electric Railroad), a short 100 year old route using vintage cars, that follows a most interesting route with much to see.

There is a bridge that connects the island to the mainland. Besides walking across the bridge, one can take a water taxi from before the bridge around to the back of the island to the Iwaya Caves, and work your way back across the hilly island and its other attractions.
A nice sojourn from the urban density of Tokyo.
