Michelin Star Ramen

Michelin Star Ramen
The second Tokyo ramen restaurant to earn a star.
Looks and sounds great, and at least for now not super expensive.
I bet the line is even longer now. (But note the courteous Japanese have great consideration for others as they line up. In the U.S., the road would be blocked to both vehicular and pedestrian traffic, I think. 😒)

What is exciting too to me is that the first star shop, and they speculate perhaps this one will too, sell a version of their ramen in conbini stores. A conbini store ramen taste off sounds like a must do thing to me.

What do you think?
