Seonkyoung Longest creates some high quality videos (although the cooking ones are almost too perky IMHO) and this one has some useful information about how to approach ramen places in general.
Interestingly, the first place is subtitled Honolulu Pig tonkotsu. And some places offer ice water (unheard of a few years ago) and bibs. Although I cannot master the inhaling the noodles slurp of the seasoned ramen eater, I always think of the splatter that must be happening when I see it.
