We went up to Mt. Hakodate. Caught the tram up to the top. Very nice views.
ReplyDeleteWarren Naguwa We took the bus from the station. Worked well for us as no need to transfer and wait for the tram. I liked the scale and ease of exploring of the city.
ReplyDeleteReminds me that the volunteer at the information desk at the JR station (who had lived for several years in the U.S.) was really good and very helpful. Well worth stopping there on arrival.
