A section of the New Chitose Airport with at least 10 ramen shops from all across Hokkaido.
I think that long line is just for one shop -- the Ichigen shop for its ebisoba, with broth made with shrimp heads. That is probably the one I would be most interested in having, but the line was too daunting on this trip. It will have to stay on the list for some advance planning in case the opportunity arises again sometime.
