Gyukatsu Motomura
Add another entry to the must eat foods, right below tonkatsu.
Gyukatsu, at least at the very popular Motomura, is tender marbled wagyu beef lightly coated and quickly deep fried just short of medium rare. You can eat it as served, or use the hot stone burner to add just the right amount of finishing sear to each piece.

This location in Coredo Muromachi is apparently less busy than more typical locations which have long lines. Worked well for us.
