Enoshima Local Food

Enoshima Local Food
Enoshima Island is connected by bridge to Enoshima city. Both are a short distance away from Kamakura. These coastal cities are joined by the quaint Enoden (Enoshima Electric Railroad).
The area, including Zushi, is very "local" in that surfing culture has grown up around there, including many business with "local" ties. This Pacific Drive-In restaurant is one of those, and interestingly has blueberry scones "from the Diamond Head Market recipe".
It is well worth a day from Tokyo or Yokohama to visit the area. A typical route might be to Kamakura via the Yokosuka Line, Enoshima via the Enoden, and return via the Shonan Monorail.

  1. This restaurant looks to be about half-way between Kamakura and Enoshima, so you would have to get off and on the train and do some walking?
